Registration IFIP Summer School on privacy and identity management, Online 16.08-20.08.2021

Your personal data are processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679^[1]

The data controller of the processing operation is SECAN Lab, University of Luxembourg.
The data processor of the processing operation is the university of Luxembourg.
The legal basis for the processing operations is consent of the data subject.
The purpose of this processing operation is to register interested persons to the “IFIP Summer School on privacy and identity management”, allow the follow up of the event, including feedback collection and specific communication activities and if desired by the participant the distribution of the event’s proceedings. 

The following personal data are collected: 

• Contact data: first name, last name, affiliation, country, e-mail address, further postal address if provided by the participant. 
• Other data – Any comments from people registering for the event.
  The recipients of your data will be the chairs of the IFIP summer school and (if a physical book is requested staff involved in the sending of the proceedings. 

The final participants list (name, surname, organization, country) will be kept for a maximum period of 5 years after the end of the event by the University of Luxembourg for auditing purposes. Your contact data will be kept for a maximum period of six months after the distribution of the proceedings for communication about follow-up of the event and feedback. 

Data will be deleted at the end of the aforementioned periods. 

You have the right to access your personal data and the right to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data. If you have any queries concerning the processing of your personal data, you may address them to admin-engel@uni.lu
